Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped, not from the date of purchase.

  • United States: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days

  • International: Estimated delivery within 4–7 business days for most destinations

Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, local postal services, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

We offer free worldwide shipping unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Order Processing

All orders are processed promptly after being placed and are sent directly to our warehouse for preparation.

Because processing begins quickly, orders generally cannot be cancelled, modified, or intercepted once placed. This includes changes to:

  • shipping addresses

  • product selections

  • order quantities

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment 7 days a week, including holidays.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at custodia1133@proton.me within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.

You can use the tracking number provided to monitor delivery progress through the relevant shipping carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package appears to be lost or stolen, please contact our customer support team at custodia1133@proton.me. We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Please note that once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we may need additional time or documentation before approving a replacement or refund.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not have any product-specific shipping restrictions unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.
